Mr. Varrick Woodall, 47, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024. Celebration of lIfe Service will be held Friday, July 26, 2024 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Peaceful Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Visitations will be held Thursday, July 24, 2024 from 4 p.m to 6 p.m. at Griffin Mortuary. Mr. Varrick Woodall was born November 1, 1976, in Lubbock, TX to the proud parents of Arthur J. Cooper and Betty Willis. He attended Lubbock Schools and he graduated from Coronado High school here in Lubbock, TX. As some years passed by he went on to start to work in the oil fields, where he loved doing his job. He was a very loving and caring person and he always had a smile on his face. Varrick will be missed by all his family and friends.
Varrick is preceded in death by his grandparents Arthur and Bessie Cooper, Chandler Willis and Willie M. Willis, parents Frank H. Woodall and Lillie M. Woodall, brother Arthur Willis, Jr., uncles Clinton Willis and Ronnie C. Willis.
Varrick leaves to cherish his memory, his fiancé Dynetta Shedd, his father Arthur J. Cooper, his mother Betty J. Willis, his sons Marcello J. Woodall, Jahkevion Hill, Calvin Robinson, Apollo Robinson, Seth Porter, and Jaylyn Porter, his daughter JaQuatter Porter, his sisters Angela D. Willis, Marie Thomas (Clay), Malissa Douglas, and Stephanie Douglas (Marcus Smith), his brothers Clemit Willis (Barbara), Tommy Sanders (Lani), and Quinshun Conley (Sheena), his grandchildren Ma’Kayla Haskins and Jamari Porter, his nieces AnQuendra Willis, Shanacka Willis, Cierra Willis, Arzyia Sanders, and Brittany Wiilis, his nephews Troshod Willis, Tommy Sanders, Jr., and Clemit Willis, Jr., and a host of other relatives and friends.
