Ruby Ann Arguelles

Ruby Ann Arguelles, 53, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024. Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 at 12 p.m. at Emmanuel Worship Center. Interment will follow at Peaceful Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Visitations will be held Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Griffin Mortuary. Ruby Ann Arguelles was born on October 31, 1970, to Martha Gutierrez. Ruby Ann Arguelles was a loving wife and best friend to her wife Rachel and the best fun and loving mom to her children and all those who considered her a mom. She was the best sister, daughter, and cousin she could be.

She loved everyone she came in contact with. She also loved to craft.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother Guadalupe Carabay, and her little brother Abran Gutierrez.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her wife Rachel Arguelles, her mother Martha Gutierrez, her daughters Jacquelyn Mendoza (Josh Nigh), Harlye Mendoza (Daniel Sanchez) all of California, and Iszbella Navarro, her son Raymond Roger Navarro, Jr. (Malorie) of Lubbock, TX, her grandchildren Cindy Nigh, Chaz Nigh, and Cody Nigh all of California, her fur babies, her sisters Corina DeLeon, Angelica Gutierrez, Paula Gutierrez, and Roxanne Terronez all of California, Aurora DeLeon, Amalia DeLeon, Angie Lopez, Precious DeLeon, and Rajell DeLeon all of TX, her brothers Joel Alvarez and Ulfrano Gutierrez both of California, Balde” Bobby” DeLeon of Clovis, NM and Eric DeLeon of TX., and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
