Nathan Dijon Griggs

Nathan Dijon Griggs, 25 passed away Monday, April 7th, 2025 in Lubbock, TX. Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Agape Temple C.O.G.I.C. Private Disposition will follow under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Nathan was born September 13th, 1999 in Lubbock, TX to Nathan Dorea Griggs and Diane Edwards. Nathan loved music and family gathering. He loved cooking, especially deviled eggs.

Nathan graduated from Coronado High School in 2023. Nathan had 2 children that he loved to life. Nathan would go fishing with his papa (Robert Griggs), helped him clean the church yard, and his backyard. Nathan would work hard to get the job done.

Nathan is preceded in death by his great grandfather,Eunice Griggs, Sr., great grandmother Lee Ester Lewis, great grandmother Roberta Griggs, and grandmother Annie Edwards.

Nathan leaves to cherish his memories, his father Nathan Griggs (Tameca), his mother Diane Edwards, great grandfather George Lewis, grandfather Elder Robert Griggs, grandmother Sherry Lee (Byron), his daughter Ki’Naybree Griggs, his son Khody Griggs, sisters Marckisa Edwards, Markeysha Griggs, Shae Willis, Mackenzie Edwards, Danazah Griggs, and Shyanne Flores, his brothers Isreal Edwards, Christopher Willis, Kewan Griggs, and Jordan Flores, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Nathan will truly be missed and his memories will forever be embedded in our hearts.
