Marilyn J. McEachin, 70, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024. Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, December 27, 2024, at 11 am at the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Marilyn J. McEachin was born July 24, 1954. Marilyn lived a life full of joy, happiness, compassion, and a willingness to help others.
Marilyn was a devoted sister, aunt, and friend. Marilyn’s unconditional love and willingness to help others in need. Her smile and funny attitude would put a smile on your face.
She lived a life of giving and helping others. Her willingness to teach you the ways of life. She loved being around her family and finding joy in the little things.
Hobbies of Marilyn were she loved baking, sewing, and shopping. She loved doing yard work to pass away the time. Aunt Marilyn even made my Junior Prom Dress.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her mother Ida Bell Brinson, her brother Lloyd Christman, her nieces Renee Devroe and Felicia Taylor.
Marilyn leaves behind cherished memories, legacy of love, and her teachings she taught us. May she rest in peace.
