Kivalier Kitron Russell, 27, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 11 a.m. at St. James Baptist Church. Private Disposition under Griffin Mortuary. Viewing will be held Friday, April 28, 2023, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Griffin Mortuary. Kivalier Kitron Russell was born on November 8, 1995, to Natalie Russell and Russell Lemons. He was well known for playing football from 6 years old until 12h grade, which he followed by playing in the semi-pros until 22 years old. He graduated from Estacado High School in 2014. He was raised in the Church of the Living God PG&T, where he participated in the choir. Kivalier also shared a love for horses. He used to break and ride horses. He is preceded in death by his parents, Natalie Russell and Russell Lemons; his daughter, Kiviyahh Russell; his grandmother, Annie Russell; his great grandfather, Overseer Barber; his great grandparents, Charles Russell, Sr. and Estell Russell. He leaves to cherish his memory; the loves of his life Adrian and Kamry; his four daughters, Shamyia, Kee’Vyaee, Kamyiah, and Kaedrian; his siblings from mother, Kierra “KK”, Kiyannla, and Kimaje; siblings from father, Joya, Jayden, Jordan, Jasmine, Christopher, Luey, Lakita, Jaylan, and Gerald; grandfather, Paul Russell and Raymond Lemons; great grandmother, Jessie Barber; four uncles, Reginald Russell (Anita), Darrick Louis, Terrell Sheppard, and Lincoln Louis, Jr.; two aunts, Marshuan Louis and Nedra Lemons (William Stevenson; a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
