She loved to read, she always carried at least two books with her (hence the reason for the big purses). She loved her family and her friends; it showed in her actions. She was always filled with so much joy and was very funny. The highlight her week was going to Church. The love she had for God she always tried to show that same love to everyone she encountered, she never met a stranger.
She is preceded in death by her father Charles W. Jones, mother Hattie Mae Jones, husband Mac J. Cole, sisters Gloria Favors, Gye Ann Cutright, and Delois Jones, brothers Clarence Milligan and Charles Jones Jr.
She is survived by her daughters Tamika Devereaux and Lafonda Hartfield, sons Jeremy Cole and Mac Cole Jr., grandchild Matthew Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
