Billy Tyrone Reed

Billy Tyrone Reed, 56, passed away on Monday, February 3rd, 2025. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, February 15th, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Greater New Hope Baptist Church, Brownfield. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. 

Billy came into this world October 27th, 1969 to John Henry, Jr. and Betty Sue Reed in Brownfield, TX. He worked in the Peanut Plants of Brownfield and Seagraves for many years. Yellow jacket of Hobbs, New Mexico and he became a landscaper before he took sick. His joy was his grandchildren, Keno on machine and family time, his trips and love of working on cars, he loved to debate on anything.

He is preceded in death by his parents John Henry, Jr, and Betty Sue Reed, his sister Betty Elaine, his brother Paul Reed, his grandparents John Henry, Sr., Sammie L. Reed, Dan Ray, and Pankie Nolan.

He is survived by John Reed, Jr., and Shaun Reed of Brownfield, Danny and Marvalyn Reed of Seagraves, great Aunt Linda Nolan of Brownfield, his children Twilana Maduekwe of Odessa, TX, Tyrell Brown of Daingerfield, Tyrrence Hudson of Plainview, TX, Tyler Hudson also of Odessa, TX, Terrance David of Fort Worth, TX, and Twilight Jackson of Greenville, his hearts of life Natalya Brown, Tyyonnia Hudson, Caliyonna Maduekwe, Anthony David, Bailey Brown, Isaiah Brown, Damian David, Jicolby Hudson, Ziyonnia Hudson, D’monee Brown, Liberty Brown, Jamal David, Karma David, Nymerianblu Hudson, Chloe Hudson, Zoe Lizette Torres, Tyrone Esparaza Hudson, and Jaymyr Jemison, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
