Alexandrea Amy Roberson

Alexandrea Amy Roberson, 42, departed this life on Sunday, September 22, 2024. Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, October 3, 2024 , at Lubbock Dream Center at 11am. Interment will follow at the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Visitations will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at Griffin Mortuary from 4pm to 6pm. 

Alexandrea Amy Roberson was born in Lubbock, TX on September 3, 1982, to Larry and Erminia Roberson. She attended schools in Lubbock and Slaton, TX. She graduated from Slaton High in 2001. Amy moved to Lubbock soon after graduating and where she worked in the field of taking care of others. 

Amy loved to make people laugh. She had something about her that made friends with all walks of life.

Being a mother was the biggest blessing, she loved her child unconditional. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved to dance and listen to music. She found Jesus. Her love and faith was unmatched. Amy will be missed.

Alexandrea is preceded in death by her parents Larry and Erminia Roberson, her grandmother Bernice Taft Roberson, her grandfathers Colistro Vasquez and Isaiah Roberson.

Alexandrea leaves behind to cherish her memory, her grandmother Josefina Vasquez, her son Elijah J. Roberson, her sister Felisha Moore (Dornnell)and Jacqueline Brown (Richardo), her brother Mark Caraveo (Sylvia), her nieces Mikayla, LaDestria, Kelly, DD, and Justice, her nephews Max, Larry, Landyn, Dornnell, Jr., Johniemac, Damion, Cam’Ron,and Caden, a host great nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
